On 11/12/2014 the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Kyle J. Dombrowski, age 17, of 58 Green Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Dombrowski failed to comply with an order of protection that had been served on him by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The alleged charges arise from a domestic dispute that occurred earlier in the same day. Dombrowski was held in the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash bail or $2000 Insurance Bond. Dombrowski is due back in court on 11/17/2014 at 06:00 pm.
