The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Monday at approximately 4:45 PM deputies arrested Shelly Frye AKA Shelly Marquart, age 36 of Meadow St. Clyde, NY on a warrant for Violation of the Family Court Act. Frye was arraigned at the Town of Waterloo Court and was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2000. She is scheduled to appear at the next available Family Court session.
