The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on November 8th, 2014 at approximately 3:12 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Cory S Barrett, of 2130 Water St., in Ovid, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Deputies responded to 1343 Main St Willard in the Town of Romulus on October 24, 2014 for the report of a missing Juvenile that had been located with Barrett. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Barrett acted in a manner to likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less then seventeen years old. He was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Barrett was arraigned in the Town of Romulus and released on his on recognizance and is scheduled to appear at the Romulus Town Court on December 15, 2014.
