Drunk driver hits pedestrian in Lodi – FingerLakes1.com Archive

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on November 4, 2014 at approximately 5:30 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Keith S Dickinson, age 61 of 8543 Mill St. in Lodi, for Driving While Intoxicated.Deputies responded to Main Street in Interlaken for the report of a car versus a pedestrian accident. Deputies report a black Honda Civic that was being operated by Dickinson was exiting a driveway when it struck pedestrian Sharon L Tyler, age 56 of Interlaken. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Dickinson was driving under the influence of alcohol.He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% or more BAC, and Failure to Yield Right of Way to Pedestrian. Dickinson was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear at the Covert Town Court on December 15, 2014. The female that was struck was uninjured.This report was issued by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on 11/10/14.
