On Thursday at 11:00 am, Penn Yan Village Police arrested Jeffrey “JT” Hubbary, age 25 of Main Street in Dresden. He was charged with 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance (class B felony)and 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.Hubbart is accused of selling and possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute on two separate dates.Hubbart, who is currently serving a sentence in Willard Correctional on unrelated charges, was produced before Yates County Court where he was arraigned and remanded back to Willard Correctional without bail due to his current incarceration.
