On Sunday at approx. 09:37 am, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tabitha H. Nickerson, age 24, of 953 Waterloo-Geneva Road, Apartment 2, on a Violation of Probation Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court.Nickerson was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750.00 cash/ $1,500.00 bond and is scheduled to re-appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on 11/12/2014 at 9:00am to answer to the charges. Waterloo Police assisted.
