The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on October 31st 2014 at 01:19AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Brandyn L Backus, 28 of 931 Marsh Rd Seneca Falls NY, on State Route 318 in the Town of Junius. Backus was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 1st degree, Refusal to take a breath test and Failure to Keep Right. Backus was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail $10,000 secured bond and is to reappear in the Town of Junius Court on November 4th to answer the charges.
