On Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 01:53 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Sarah A. May, age 25, of 1302 Waterloo Geneva road on East Main Street, Village of Waterloo for DWI, Aggravated DWI .18% BAC or more, fail to use designated lane and fail to signal a lane change. The defendant was issued Traffic tickets and was released.The Waterloo Police Department reports officers arrest Sean L. Eggleston, age 26, of 82 Center Street, Waterloo, for Driving While Intoxicated. The charges stem from a traffic stop where Eggleston was stopped for speeding and failing to stop at a stop sign, and was found to be intoxicated by alcohol. Eggleston was issued traffic tickets for DWI, Driving with .08 BAC or higher, fail to stop at a stop sign, and speeding. Eggleston is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on November 19th, 2014 at 9:00 am.On 10/24/2014 at 8:05am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David W. McMahon Jr, age 25, of 14 1/2 East Main Street Apt 2, Waterloo, NY. The arrest stems from a traffic stop by Police where it was learned that McMahon was operating a vehicle while the vehicle’s Registration was suspended. McMahon was released on a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/03/2014 at 6:00 PM to answer the charge. On 10/25/2014 at 2:18am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kyle J. Babcock, age 27, of 4312 Ridge Road, Fayette, NY. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where Police observed Babcock striking the curb several times on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Babcock was charged with Driving on Shoulder/Slopes, Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated. Babcock was released to a third party and is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/30/14 at 10:00 am.On 10/22/2014 at 8:15 PM Officers from the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Leah A. Woodard, age 20, of 1026 Waterloo-Geneva Road Waterloo for Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor. It is alleged that Woodard stole several items from a local business worth $34.48. Woodard was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear before the Seneca Falls Town Court on 11/10/2014 at 6:00 PM.On 10/20/2014 at approximately 8:50pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Quinntez J.A. Hall, age 37, of 95 Buffalo Street Apt. 6 Canandaigua, NY 14424 on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for charges of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Hall entered an apartment at 25 Peterman Road without the occupants permission. Hall was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR’d. Hall is due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/12/2014 at 11:30 am.On 10/21/2014 at approximately 7:30 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ashley L. Baker, age 28, of 62 Center Street Waterloo, NY 13165 for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that baker stole merchandise from a local business. Baker was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/27/2014 at 5:00pm.On Friday, October 24, 2014 the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested a 17 year old Waterloo Youth on an Arrest Warrant for the charges of Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree. The youth allegedly broke into a house in the village on September 23, 2014 and got into a physical altercation with a person at the home. The Youth was arraigned in Waterloo village court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $1,000 cash bail, $2,000Bail bond. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
