On October 17, 2014, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested two subjects for Disorderly Conduct following two separate incidents.The first incident occurred at about 8:36 pm on Church Street in the Village of Waterloo where a male was observed by a Sheriff’s Deputy causing a disturbance and being physically aggressive towards a female. The Waterloo Police Department also responded to the scene. The male, Joshua D. Crisp, 19, of 1024 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Apartment 6, Waterloo, was arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. Crisp was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Waterloo Village Court on November 19, 2014 at 9:00 am.The second incident occurred at about 10:51 pm in a parking lot on Routes 5 & 20 in the Town of Seneca Falls where a male was observed by a Sheriff’s Investigator and a Probation Officer causing a disturbance and shoving a female. The Seneca Falls Police Department also responded to the scene. The male, Nicholas M. Roof, 23, of 1875 Auburn Road, Lot 6, Seneca Falls, was also arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. Roof is currently supervised by Seneca County Probation. Roof was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250 cash bail/$500 secured bond. Roof is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on November 6, 2014 at 5 pm.
