On Tuesday at around 4:00 pm, Penn Yan Village Police arrested Williams R. Bordwell, age 26 of North Vine Valley Road in Rushville, and charged him with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree.Bordwell was arrested following an investigation into drug sales in Penn Yan. He is accused of selling methylphenidate pills, commonly referred to as Ritalin, a controlled substance.Bordwell was arraigned in Yates County Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
