The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday at approximately 10:42 am, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two car personal injury motor vehicle accident on State Route 96 in the Town of Waterloo.Deputies report that Brittany N. Saroodis, age 23 of Hoyt Road in Weedsport, was traveling West bound on State Route 96 and attempting to make a left turn into a driveway when Saroodis was struck from behind by Ross C. Reynolds, age 23 of State Route 96 in Romulus.Saroodis was treated at the scene by North Seneca ambulance and transported to Auburn Hospital.Reynolds was uninjured and issued a UTT for Following too Closely, and will appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
