On 10/16/2014 at 11:59 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Robert W. Fry Jr., age 45, for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree.It is alleged that during a domestic dispute that occurred back in the beginning of August, Fry struck another female multiple time and held the female down preventing her from getting any help and while holding her down. It is further alleged that Fry began choking her causing the female to lose her breath.Fry was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500 cash bail, $3,000 bond. Fry is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/06/2014 at 5:00pm to answer to the charges.
