On Wednesday, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested two people on several charges following a joint investigation with the Seneca Falls Police Department and the Seneca County Child Protective Services Unit. Arrested were:Kyle W. Craig, 23, of 1875 Auburn Road, Lot 2, Seneca Falls, New Yo rk, was charged with:*Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony*Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree (five counts), Class A Misdemeanors*Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a ViolationBobbie L. Rowland, 33, of 1875 Auburn Road, Lot 2, Seneca Falls, New York, was charged with:*Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony*Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree (five counts), Class A MisdemeanorsMembers of the Sheriff’s Office and Seneca Falls Police Department concluded the investigation with the execution of a search warrant at 1875 Auburn Road, Lot 2, in the Town of Seneca Falls. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of a quantity of marijuana, United States Currency, metal knuckles, and drug paraphernalia. It was further discovered that five people under the age of eighteen resided in the home and drug sales occurred commonly at the residence. Additionally, four dogs were also removed from the home due to their physical condition.Both Craig and Rowland were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court where they were remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Craig was remanded on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 secured bond and Rowland was remanded on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 secured bond. Both Craig and Rowland are to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on October 21, 2014 at 10am.The dogs were picked up at the scene by the staff of Beverly Animal Shelter and transported to the shelter for treatment. The children were also removed from the residence and are under the care of Seneca County Child Protective Services. Additional charges may be pending.
