On Wednesday,the Waterloo Police Department arrested Juston L. Crisp, age 22, for sexual abuse in the first degree and public lewdness.The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 09/06/14. It is alleged that Crisp had unwanted sexual contact with a female while at Oak Island in the Village of Waterloo. Crisp was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance.Crisp is scheduled to reappear in Village Court at a later date.A Class A order of protection was issued for the female victim.
