Elmira Road will be reduced to one‑way (northbound only) due to a city construction project starting Thurs., Oct. 16, and scheduled for completion by Fri., Oct. 24.Route 15 outbound will be unable to travel the portion of the road, referred to as the “Old Elmira Road” – between S. Plain St. and the Ithaca Shopping Plaza – and will be detoured onto Wood St. As a result, the Ithaca Shopping Plaza outbound stop only will be moved to Wood St. @ S. Meadow St. The inbound stop will not be impacted.TCAT apologizes for any inconvenience and will keep passengers notified with any updates.
