On Monday, members of the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit concluded a several month investigation into the sale of Heroin in the City of Geneva. The investigation resulted in the arrest of David Elieud Vazquez-Dueno, age 19 of Genesee Street in Geneva.US Currency & Heroin packaged for sale were seized as a part of the investigation.Vazquez-Dueno was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felony. Additional Felony Charges are pending at this time.Vazquez-Dueno was arraigned and sent to Ontario County Jail on $20,000/$40,000 to reappear in Geneva City Court Tuesday morning.
