Brielle C. Vanderwall, age 21, was arrested Thursday evening by Penn Yan Police for an incident that took place on Grant Ave that evening. Vanderwall was being taken into custody when she began kicking and attempting to bite the officers who were trying to detain her. Vanderwall was charged with Resisting arrest and two counts of Harassment 2nd degree. Vanderwall was arraigned in Milo Town Court with a bail set at $5,000. Vanderwall will appear in court at a later date.
