The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Monday at approximately 9:54 pm, deputies arrested Kenneth E. Hurd of Wagner St. in Waterloo. Hurd was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts of Harassment in the 2nd degree. It is alleged that Hurd struck a 16-year-old male and then bit him on the rib cage. Hurd then struck another female who was attempting to stop the altercation. There was also a 15 year old female present during the incident.Hurd was then transported to the Town of Waterloo Court where he was arraigned on the above charges.He was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $3,000 cash, $5,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to re-appear at the Town of Waterloo Court on 10/09/14 at 5:00PM.
