John Smith was ticketed for operating his vehicle on Clinton Street at a speed in excess of 30 MPH and further investigation, Smith was found to have had his driving privileges suspended in New York State for Non-Support. Smith was arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court on the Aggravated Unlicensed 3rd Degree and committed to the Yates County Jail in lieu of bail.
