On Monday at 2:30 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrested Nancy L. Lind, age 52 of Hecker Road in Waterloo, for grand larceny in the fourth degree and falsifying business records in the first degree.The charges stem from an investigation into incidents that occurred at a Town of Waterloo business in which Lind was employed. During the months of July and August 2014, it is alleged that Lind stole a total of $1,670.00 and altered sales at the register at the business to cover up the thefts.Lind was issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on November 13, 2014 to answer to the charges.
