The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Monday evening at approximately 8:40 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Charles G. Santmyer, age 32 of Interlaken, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree.It is alleged that, during the investigation into a harassment complaint, Santmyer was in possession of two illegal weapons.Santmyer was arraigned at the Lodi Town Court where he was committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash, $2000 secured bond. He is scheduled to reappear on October 10, 2014 at the Covert Town Court.
