The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that, on Sunday at approximately 2:15 am, deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle on Fall St. in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the traffic stop, it is alleged that Wally J. Morabito Jr., age 25, of Geneva, possessed a quantity of cocaine packaged in a manner that would indicate sales.Morabito was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, B Felony, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, D Felony.Nearly $3,000 case was also seized from Morabito. Morabito was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court. He is scheduled to re-appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/08/14 at 9:00am for a Felony Hearing. The Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Waterloo Police Department.
