On Sunday at approximately 7:49 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua B. Langley, age 32, of Chapel Street in Seneca Falls. Langley is accused of stealing items from DA’s Liquor Store in the Town of Seneca Falls.It is alleged that Langley concealed two bottles of liquor on his person and passed all points of sale without any attempt at rendering payment for the items.Langley was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor and held on $500 cash bail or $1000 bond in Seneca County Jail. Langley is due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/8/14 at 09:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
