Seneca Falls man charged after choking woman with forearm

On Wednesday at 8:17 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicolas J. Blevins, age 31 of Ovid Street in Seneca Falls, after receiving a complaint of a domestic dispute.Blevins is charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. It is alleged that Blevins placed his forearm on the throat of a female and pushed her up against a window during a domestic dispute.Blevins was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court where he was ROR’D, Blevins is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on Nov. 6, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
