On September 25th, 2014 at 10:00 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Kyle J. Babcock, age 27, of 4312 Ridge Road, Fayette, NY for operating a motor vehicle while his drivers license was suspended. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls where Babcock was stopped for operating a motor vehicle while the registration was expired. Babcock was issued tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree, a misdemeanor and Unregistered Motor vehicle, an infraction. Babcock is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Laquidari on 10/06/2014 at 6:00 pm.
