Penn Yan Police arrested Kenneth C. Kuehl, 33 of 19 Highland Drive Dundee, for burglary 2nd. Kuehl was charged following an investigation into a break in of the Wager’s Cider Mill back in May. Kuehl was arraigned and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond
