On Wednesday at about 10:13 am, SFPD arrested Jamie L. Everhart, age 29 of Bostwick Road in Phelps. Everhart is accused of stealing merchandise in the amount of $70.30 from a Town of Seneca Falls business.Everhart was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/06/2014.
