On Monday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Francis L. Nicotera, age 37 of 719 Elizabeth St. in Utica. Nicotera was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Violation of Condition Sentence.Nicotera allegedly removed an Ignition Interlock System from his vehicle.Nicotera was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Mills Town of Tyre Court where he was committed to the SCCF on $1000.00 cash bail. Nicotera is to re-appear on 10/8/14 @ 09:00 am in The Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler.
