On Monday evening at about 5:00 pm, Penn Yan Police arrested Philip B. Hanna Jr., age 28 of Main Street in Penn Yan, and charged him with trespassing.Hanna Jr. was arrested after his DNA was found inside a vehicle that was broken into this past April.Hanna Jr. was already in Yates County Jail and was arraigned and remanded back to the jail on his previous bail of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
