The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 21st , 2014 at 03:45 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Elfido I Aguilar-Lopez, age 26, of 4103 Miller Road Auburn NY 13021, on State Route 414 in the Town of Fayette. Lopez was found in a vehicle that was parked in the south bound lane with no lights on causing a traffic hazard. During the investigation Deputies determined that Lopez was intoxicated. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and DWI Operating with a BAC of .08% or more and is to appear in the Town of Fayette Court ,on October 15th , 2014 to answer the charges.
