$250K bail for Waterloo man after death threat

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on last Thursday afternoon Sheriff Deputies arrested Scott M. Fratto, age 52 of Waterloo, for Criminal Contempt 1st, and Harassment Second It is alleged that Fratto was at the residence of a female threatening to kill the female and her child while there was a Class A Order of Protection in place protecting the female from Fratto.Fratto was arraigned at the Ovid Town Court where he was Committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250,000.00 cash bail or $500,000.00 secured bond. Fratto is scheduled to reappear on September 23rd 2014.
