Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that On September 17, 2014 at 3:30 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jillene L. Lapp age 33 of 1930 Blackbrook Road Seneca Falls for Welfare Fraud 4th A Class E Felony. It is alleged that between April and May of 2014 Lapp received benefits that she was not entitled to. Lapp was arraigned before Village of Waterloo Justice Mattoon and released to reappear on November 5th 2014 at 9 am.
