On 9/17/14 at 12:30 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrested Russell C. Noftell age 28 of 2194 E. Seneca St. Lodi, NY for criminal trespass in the third degree. The charge stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 09/05/14 where Noftell entered a building without permission in the Town of Lodi. Noftell was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Town of Lodi Court on 10/15/14 to answer to the charge.
