Around 8:47 AM On September 12th, 2014 Edward P. Kolb (DOB 1/21/1977) from 3305 Shoal Lake Court Pearland, Texas was arrested and charged with Vehicle and Traffic law 1180 D speed in zone, 1192/3 Driving while intoxicated, and 1192/2 Driving while intoxicated over .08% BAC after a traffic stop for allegedly traveling 98 Mph in a 55mph zone on County Route 16 located in the Town of Dix County of Schuyler State of New York.. Kolb was arraigned in the Town of Montour Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,500 Cash $3,000 Bond.
