The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 09/12/2014 at about 21:44 pm Sheriff’s Deputies charged Aaron J. Smithoover age 23 of 76 E. Bayard St. in the Town of Seneca Falls with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree. Sheriff’s Deputies stopped Smithoover for failing to use his directional signal turning from Ovid St. on to Mechanic St. and learned that Smithoover had a suspended license. Smithoover was issued a UTT for the suspended license and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date and time.
