Philip Yawman, a former executive at Frontier Communications, has been named senior vice president of business development at Finger Lakes Technologies Group Inc. (FLTG). He begins his new role on Monday, September 15.Yawman has served in leadership roles at Frontier since 2009, most recently as vice president and general manager of Greater Rochester.
