The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday at 11:00 am deputies arrested Sue A. Huling, age 45 of 3 Arrowhead Drive in Waterloo. The arrest stems from an arrest warrant issued out of the Waterloo Village Court after an investigation by the Seneca County Welfare Fraud Investigator, for Welfare Fraud 4th Degree and Grand Larceny 4th Degree. Huling was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court Justice Matoon and Huling was released to appear on 10/01/14 at 9am to answer the charges.
