On Tuesday at around 11:03 am, The Seneca County Sheriffs Office arrested Jonathan W. Wellington, age 30 of 1875 State Route 5&20 in the Town of Seneca Falls, for Welfare Fraud.The arrest stems from warrant that was issued out of the Village of Waterloo Court.Wellington has been charged with Felony Welfare Fraud in the 4th Degree, Felony Filing a False Instrument in the 1st Degree, and Grand Larceny.Wellington was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and was ROR’d. Wellington is to re-appear on the 1st of October 2014 at 10:00am.
