The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on September 8th at approximately 6:30 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Carl F True, age 39 of 1239 Middle Blackbrook Road in Seneca Falls for one count of Assault 2nd.The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on September 6th where it is alleged that True punched a male several times in the face, causing injury.True was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash, $5000 secured bond. He is scheduled to reappear on September 11, 2014.
