On September 11, 2014 at 0920 a.m. Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Dawn M. Howe, age 40 of 26 ½ Clinton Street in Seneca Falls, on an Arrest Warrant from Seneca County Family Court.Howe was arraigned before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Lafler and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash $4000 bond and will appear in Seneca County Family at a later date.
