The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce has announced that it will host a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Event at Love’s Italian Ice & Custard in Seneca Falls on Thursday, September 18.Located at 59 State Street, the newly opened business is a family owned and operated ice cream shop. Jamie and Phani Love wanted to start a business that they could proudly share with their three children and surrounding communities. Love’s offers homemade Italian Ice, ice cream, made-to-order ice cream cakes and other specialties.For the upcoming opening event, an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place at 4:00 pm which will include a short presentation with photo opportunities, property tours, refreshments and featured samples. In addition to the Grand Opening event, Love’s will offer extended specials beginning Thursday September 18 through the close of business on Sunday, September 21. Normal business hours are 1pm – 8:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday, from April through December.
