On September 7th, 2014 the Waterloo Police Department arrested Matthew JHaws of 65 Church St APT B Waterloo NY 13165 for Assault in the 3rddegree. The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred in theVillage of Waterloo. It is alleged that Haws caused physical injury to anindividual at Haws’ residence. Haws was arraigned in the Town of WaterlooCourt and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750cash bail $1500 bond. Haws is scheduled to reappear in the Village ofWaterloo Court on 9/17/14 at 09:00.
