The Seneca Falls Police Department with the assistance of the Waterloo Police Department and the Seneca County Sheriff Department will be hosting a child safety seat check. The check point will be located at the Seneca Falls Fire Department 43 West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls on September 17th from 5-8pm. Officers and Deputies will inspect car seats for proper fit and installation during this event, if the car seat does not pass inspection a new car seat will be provided and fitted to the child as well as installed properly in the vehicle. Everyone is welcome to attend the event and we encourage you to bring your children with you to ensure a proper installation.
