On 09/05/14 at approx. 0930hrs, SFPD arrested Taretha Douglas, age 35, of 25 Peterman Rd, Seneca Falls, NY on an arrest warrant for Endangering the Welfare of A Child and Harassment in the Second Degree. Douglas is accused of striking a 16 year old female during an argument. Douglas was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR to reappear on 09/10/2104 at 1000hrs.
