The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on Sunday at approximately 11:50 pm, deputies stopped a vehicle on State Routes 5 and 20 in the Village of Waterloo for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, Deputies charged Moses Moore Sr., age 58, of Geneva, NY with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd. (B Felony) and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (D Felony).It is alleged that Moore possessed a quantity of crack cocaine with the intent to sell it. Money was also seized from Moore and the vehicle.Moore was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $5000 cash of $10,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to re appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/11/14 at 11:30 am.
