On Friday at about 9:47 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kaylee D. Reynolds, age 20 of 39 Taylor Avenue in Waterloo for DWI.The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 5 in Seneca Falls after Reynolds was observed driving a motor vehicle with no headlights on, failing to keep right, and driving up onto the curb.Reynolds was issued tickets for Failure to Keep Right, No Headlights, Driving While Intoxicated, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08% or more BAC.After being released on the tickets to a third party Reynolds and the third party began arguing in the parking lot of the police department. Reynolds was observed shoving and striking the other female multiple times. Officers placed Reynolds back into custody and added an additional charge of harassment in the second degree.Due to the additional incident Reynolds was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Laquidari on all charges. Judge Laquidari remanded Reynolds to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bail bond.Reynolds is scheduled to re-appear in court on October 2, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
