On Monday at 10:20 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Frank A. Lagana, age 41, of 25 Stewart Street, Waterloo for Harassment in the Second Degree, and Criminal Trespass in the second degree.The arrest stems from a physical altercation between Lagana and another town resident at 25 Peterman Road.Lagana was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Judge Laquidari released Lagana on his own recognizance. Lagana is scheduled to re-appear in court on October 2nd, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
