On August 31tst, at approx. 2:41pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Colter J. Morrison, age 28, of 2399 Edwards Road Waterloo, NY 13165 for one count of petit larceny. It is alleged that on August 31st, 2014 Morrison entered the Wal-Mart Supercenter in the Town of Seneca Falls and took $46.88 worth of merchandise and left the business without paying. Morrison was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 8th, 2014 at 6:00pm to answer to the charges.
