On Monday at 7:42 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Seneca L. White, age 29, of 161 West Bayard Street in Seneca Falls, for Assault in the 3rd degree.The arrest stems from a Domestic Incident that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls where it is alleged that White struck a female Town resident multiple times in the face with a closed fist.During the investigation, it was also discovered that White had an Arrest Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Harassment in the 2nd degree. White was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 Cash bail or $3,000 insurance bond. White is scheduled to answer the charges on 09/04/2014 at 6:00pm.
