The Seneca County Sheriff reports that on 08-28-14 at 0717 hours deputies arrested Bryan R. Lyle 28, of 61 Walnut St. Waterloo NY. Lyle was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Waterloo Court as a result of Lyle violating a conditional discharge out of the same court. Lyle was arraigned before the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1500.00 cash or $3000.00 secured bond and is to reappear 09-17-14 at 0900 hours for further court action.While attempting to place Lyle in custody at the Ontario County Jail, Lyle is accused of damaging a Seneca County patrol vehicle. An investigation into criminal charges is pending in Ontario County.
